You'd think so! Canada though hasn't even made it to the final 6 in the Concacaf WC qualifying in the last two goes at it.

Does anyone know if any of the games can be seen online?

I just oredered TelusTV a couple of days ago, actually I have been trying to order TelusTV for the last two weeks but was unable to because I just moved in to my new place about a week ago and they were'nt able to process my order until yesterday. It's been very annoying and the worst part is that the techs who hook it up can't come to my house until the 28th of June. So that's why I'm trying to see if there is anywhere I can see games online.

Anyhow, one more day to go...I feel like a little kid before christmas day, except that this lasts one month. I'm sure that Germany will win their opeining game but for some reason I'm thinking that Costa Rica is going to be one of the surprise teams this year. I know it's crazy and highly unlikely but it would be cool if it happens.

GO BRAZIL!!!!

I gotta work tomorrow morn and will miss the live ones, which begins my quest to avoid seeing the scores until 5:30 daily during the second showing. Gotta love the the first day of world cup, the only time in your life you will be excited for Poland v Ecuador.

GO ENGLAND!!
I just got my second England car flag straight from England(I am addicted to car flags thank you Flames). Now i have the St.George's cross with the a lion in each of the white boxes and now the St.George's cross with the England Soccer crest in the middle. My England jersey does not arrive till June 11th when my friend's mother comes from London, but hey it saves me 50 bucks, so much cheaper straight from England instead of buying one from jersey city. I'm a huge supporter of our Calgary born England player Owen Hargreaves, but since his name is 10 letters long, it does not fit on a boys XL jersey, so I have to go with the blank jersey. Oh well, so very excited for Saturday morning at 6:30 to watch the first england game. I'm actually camping and will be heading to the golf course that is right by the campground and watching the game there(hopefully their lounge is open that early). I'm so in world cup fever that I went out and rented World Cup 2006 for xbox, won it with england already, now I'm into the quatersfinals using Canada. England is going to throw that world cup chokers stereotype right out the window this year. GO ENGLAND GO!!

Default Getting close now...

Well, the first match is only a few hours away. Backing england and the dutch myself, but look forward to just an awesome month of soccer. Should help me recover from the flames quite nicely. Just wondering where people are planning on watching games, home ? or bars? Anyone know what pubs are going to be open for the early matches, and if they have specials on and what not. Cant wait for the festivities to begin!

Just order Shaw. They will have you hooked up by Monday/Tuesday.
