Yeah, Gridin is making this team. Solo with a slick outlet too.

I'd say he the surprise of the pre-season for me personally, I think he's done everything he could have to push for a spot.
Agree, I think he is becoming one exciting young player after Zayne.

Player has to defend himself.
I went back and watched the SN feed and replays. He crosschecked Dunn in the face first, Dunn retaliated and then they traded crosschecks.

Beauty pass by Solo and a beauty finish by Gridin.

Gridin keeps impressing. He has earned a spot over Honzek etc.

Not sure if the Flames feed showed it but during one of the timeouts Hayden was trying to get at Pospisil and both Lomberg and Klapka were setting him straight.

I like Solo and Crushnikov a lot. I just hope one of them makes the cut, even as an extra.

I don’t think Solo is worse than Bean right now.

But I do think if you keep him up, he could be a lot better than Bean this year. His ceiling is higher. Practices, rotating in and out of the lineup. Higher standard of opposition will make him better.

Because of Wolf we will never fall bottom 10 this season. So only hope is Andersson is traded to San Jose or Anahiem or other upcoming team which may bring higher 1st for return.

I'm of a similar mindset, but I don't see Solo getting that much better. He's just a year younger than Pachal, same age as Cicek at 25.

I’ve seen enough.

Wolf with the Vezina.
Gridin with 20 goals
Lambo somehow sprouts 2 extra abs.
