Basha is indeed in the line up tonight. So are Neutens and Volotovski. JVM might be injured as he had a fight the other night and he seems to break a hand every time he fights.
Anyways, he's the 20 not in the line up tonight for whatever reason.
Will be interesting to see who they move, they are deep every where and can move any of them. With Pickford, Woo, Muhonen and Vaisanen in the top 4 on D it's certainly possible they move JVM.

I wonder if getting Basha back for only the cost of losing one of Neutens, Volo or JVM is enough for Willie, or if he'll still go big game hunting for Cootes or Schmidt?
Losing in the Memorial Cup final last year, he probably wants to really stack the deck this year I imagine.

I was thinking, and this might be a snowballs chance in hell scenario, but the Frozen four is mid April, and the Memorial Cup takes place from May 22nd to May 31st.
Any player that went to the NCAA still has their rights owned by the team they left right?
Think about that for a hot minute.
Seems unlikely but this is all unprecedented.
What's to stop a guy like McKenna from coming back after Penn State is done, joining the Tigers in whatever round of the playoffs they are in at the time and helping them attempt to win another Memorial Cup berth?
Honest question. I have no idea, like I said, unprecedented.

One more thing, I noticed Neutens was in the starting line up last night, and apparently after the game he and captain Pickford had a long hug/moment? Leads me to believe that was probably his last game as a Tiger.

Yeah for sure. This team is scary. So skilled, scoring from everywhere and they have so many BIG dudes. McCann, Davidson, Bryzgalov, Stenrgim all 6'3 / 6'4 and 220lbs. Just a monster, skilled team.
