I still have some faith in Basha, he didn't really look that bad to me but I think he was struggling with the size and speed of the game. Being injured so much last season maybe held him back a little so hopefully this gets his confidence back and he goes into next camp stronger. Getting heaps more ice time cant hurt either.

Jan.2nd:
Kingston pulls off the upset, beating the high-powered Ottawa 67's in a SO, by a score of 4-3. Battaglia gets a primary assist on Kingston's first goal, and was -1, but was the only Fronts' shooter out of three that couldn't score on G Ryder Fetterolf in the SO. 36gp/14g/13a/27pts,-6, 39 PIM.
Basha gets 1g, and was +2 in his season debut with Medicine Hat, a 6-3 win over Medicine Hat.

Basha missed pretty much an entire year due to injury. He will be fine. Good to go down and gain some confidence and top line minutes.

Yup good news. Flint is 3rd in the OHL, and has 3 players in the top-15 of the scoring race, including Nathan Aspinall- who sits in second place.

Is there a rule that would stop NCAA players who left the CHL from returning to their CHL teams this season after their NCAA season is over?

They are still attending school, so I would imagine they can't just up and leave without quitting ncaa.
