Not even sure what you're arguing for at this point. But I'd suggest taking your wet blanket home.
Just likes to argue everything I say...The Wild being lucky to pick up 1 of 4 points vs. a very average Devils team is certainly relevant to the conversation if you ask me
Hey Paulie, the sky is blue...do something with that, ya freak

Not arguing anything. Just pointing out everyone needs some luck.
You said the Wild scored a lucky goal to tie it is what you said.
It's nuts to think that if CGY wins and STL loses tomorrow, that CGY will get destiny back in their hands.
People just cant enjoy an exciting win. This was the exact post. That would put Flames at 74GP 84P w/ 8 remaining. Blues at 76GP 87P w/6 remaining. Flames could get another 16 points and finish at 100P. Blues could get another 12 points and finish at 99P. Simple.
But please go back to arguing about how unlikely it is the Flames will get in. Myself and many, many others will be cheering for each Flames win, cheering for each Blues/Wild loss, and enjoying exciting, meaningful hockey in April.
Go Flames Go.

I know it’s a long shot to make it and I also know it’s a long shot for a 19 year old kid to come in and join a team trying to make the playoffs in the NHL but would love for Calgary to stay in this hunt and have Parekh come join the team and play some bottom pair minutes and get to quarterback the powerplay. Would be an incredible experience for him and for the team.
Like I said. Such a long shot for both of those things to happen… but it’s the flames season. I didn’t hear no bell.
Worked for the Aves ...

Need one result to go their way OOT with St Louis and they have control of their own destiny again. Maybe not even worry about StL, as one slip by the Wild, and then the game vs the Wild could be the difference.
5 games vs non playoff teams and 4 against teams that are.
My prediction:
W=SJ x2, Ducksx2, Wild, a resting Kings team for the makeup game.
L= Vegas x 2
OTL= Utah
= Playoff profits
While we’re negatively whining about how the three teams may fair over the rest of the season let’s also note that Vegas is 7 up on 2nd and 8 back of Winnipeg so they’re really mostly playing for third round jostling. Not as much urgency for them going into the games against us. Especially the last one.

I’m not sure if the “people just can’t enjoy an exciting win” was directed at me but if so, you are barking up the wrong tree here.
