Vladar shoved Zary becuase he was trying to close the gate. Then patted him on the back to show he didn't mean the shove.
Not any deeper than that, where instead Kelly appplauded Vladar, after being pulled, for being a leader by telling Zary not to feel sorry for himself.

Sure takes a lot of work for them to generate a mild scoring chance.
Meanwhile you'll notice Carolina can get a shot on net within a few seconds of getting into the offensive zone.
This team needs to be north-south and converge on the net much, much more.
Circling the perimeter for the umpteenth time isn't working for them.

I don't know, putting the 3rd pairing and 4th line out for a defensive zone faceoff 2 minutes into the game, and then immediately getting scored on seems like a pretty bad coaching choice.

It's understandable that the Canes came to play tonight, after crapping the bed last night.
The less understandable thing is that the Flames also crapped the bed last game, so why didn't they show up?
