I don't trust Seattle, Arizona, ect.
I don't want the Oilers sneaking in with 85 points or something stupid

Weegar's advanced stats are gonna be wild this game.
Coleman was a beast.
Gotta give credit to Vladar, arguably his best game as a Flame.

Dude, did you see the clearcut breakaway he gave up? Having said that, I can't tell you who the best player is lol. They are like a group of misfits that happen to play good as a team.

Fun game and full marks but man Flames are sloppy in their own zone, lots of blown opportunities to clear things and really bad passing. In skates. Behind guys.
But fun game and full marks.

I'd rather that vs total tank job and draft pick. No team fails better than the Oilers.

Flames seem to be doing fine with their mid-late 1st round picks

There is one think I love about the Flames this year. They just don't quit. When the third period comes they ratchet up their game like they did tonight. Now they don't always get rewarded for the efforts but you have to love giddyup and go.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. I don't want them have a chance of lotto pick.

All true - AND terrific puck support for all those fumbles most of the time. They covered up very well for each other.

Exactly, but we don't want them getting in with a historically low total

I don't know if Tanev is a beast, a soldier, or a warrior. Whatever he is, someone should tell him it's really really hard to eat a puck when you don't have any teeth.

Like many, I was extremely apathetic to this team from last season.
I just wanted some interesting story lines & effort from the team to enjoy watching them again, and we are getting that.
It has been fun to watch Flames games again as of late.

Yeah, but unfortunately very few would look like that, the vast majority would end in a stalemate, and it would result in more shootouts. The NHL used to play 4-on-4 in OT for years, and it was very ... meh.
