The Avs are still looking like the cream of the West. I wouldn't bet against them until we see the finals.

Hopefully Nichushkin's situation isn't anything too awful and outside the course of normal life.

Yeah I watched yesterday my first play off game yesterday and wow the Avs play at a different speed.

McDavid is fast but man I'd rather have Nate Dog his speed and the power he comes at you with is something else.

Makar is just the best the speed the skill he's pretty much the perfect defenceman.

Kraken have been a handful, and will continue to be. I think a gentleman's sweep is on the way regardless. Avs were caught flat footed in game 1 but they've clearly snapped into playoff mode. Reminds me a little of the Flames/Avs series from 2019.

I also hope for Seattle's sake that Wright pans out or they may find themselves wishing they entered the league a year later or were bad just one extra year.

Mine would be the person who's going to be the best mix of talent, production, leadership, and doing what it takes to win a championship. MacKinnon is so far past McWhiner in that criteria it seems silly to even compare them.

Pure offense/hands/skating? McDavid.

McKinnon is close in all those skills but also brings strength, explosiveness and defensive awareness which makes him the most complete player in the world.

My vote is for Makar.

Mackinnon brings that chaos but Makar is just so good at everything.

He brings a calm to the game with the puck on his stick and his ability to create and make it look so easy. His ability to defend with ease.

He's probably the perfect player.

McDavid is a special player, a first ballot hall of fame and will go down as the greatest player in NHL history to never win a cup. Only two of those statements will ever be true of Mackinnon.
