I really wanted them to beat Carolina in their last game to avoid this matchup. They dropped the ball big time by losing that one.

Pretty routine win for the Bruins, but it's just one game - every game is a new one.
Having said that, it's hard to imagine the Panthers winning any more than one or two at the very most.

Gotta say even though they won the Bruins didn't look like world beaters at all. Florida probably just doesn't have the horses this year to compete, mainly defensively they are too shaky. But I could definitely see a team like Carolina beating them if this is how they play.

I actually like John Shorthouse and Garrett. They're a solid duo.. Garrett is one of those old goalies that will notice who deflected a shot and be right 90% of the time. Good time to retire and end on a great note.
Feels greasy praising Vancouver like that :d

Yeah which why he can go EAD! He showed all of us what he could do in the playoffs for those 4-5 games, but yet he effed off in the regular season every single year.
Effort was THE issue for him. only tried for 40 of the 400 games he played for us.
