Lazy, soft whatever you want to call it. Man has no confidence and you saw on the weak backhand pass at their blueline. Someone has been in his ear and he feels like crap. Maybe don't call your coach out in the media and your teammates might not make you feel like an unwanted douch that is now timid and making soft plays.
