the nice thing about this first game being against Colorado is I'm less convinced it will be heavily reffing rigged as it would be if it was the Oilers.
I mean I still expect idiotic reffing but it's always another level against Edmonton. "It was kicked in".

With Huberdeau having so many family members in attendance, maybe there's a chance he does come out of the tunnel wearing the captaincy? Could see Darryl doing it like that to take some of the pressure off of him.

That's what I was thinking too. It would a nice surprise for the crowd rather than announcing it during a press conference.
