For the sake of my teams I was hoping Brendan and Connor would lose out. They are a stronger team than C&C.

Marika seems to have plenty of breakdowns. They'll need everything to go right to win.

Well, in the most Canadian way possible, I hope that Betty and Veronica aren't able to swim in Lake Huron and have to be rescued by the Coast Guard and then being foreced to wait for hours in the emergency room before being checked out with no cost to themselves but such a time penalty that they are eliminated.

And after all that, we'll get a non-elimination round. Then everyone gets Covid and the prize is split 4 ways and the season ends.

I was wondering about this too. Usually it's if one person has done more than their share, but I hadn't noticed a lopsided division of road blocks with those teams.

This week, the teams travel all over Ontario, Jesse & Marika make up a huge amount of time to get to the Pit Stop in 3rd, and Franella survive to the see the finale with 4 teams qualifying.

Dang, ah, well.

Marika's meltdowns are getting annoying, and I have a feeling are going to cost them. They got lucky this leg.

Betty and Veronica, as much as it pains me to say this, 'cause they were my team...deserved to lose that. Not realizing why the soldiers were shouting things the first time was dumb, but not unforgivable. But the Major ASKS you "What are the values in order"...and they screwed it up the second time despite knowing what to listen for and what they needed to know. Ah, well.

Pulling for Brendan & Connor, now.

Didn't love the design of this leg. The end was an emotional rollercoaster though. Looked like my team was gone, then somehow they managed to get into third. Excited, thinking the two most annoying teams were going and then they decided to take four to the finale...

Hoping for Jesse and Marika, followed by the brothers, Craig and Catherine if he stops singing, and really hoping the sisters don't win it. I went from liking them to neutral to not being able to stand them.

My family, while I was growing up, and myself when I had kids, spent time on the Bruce Peninsula every summer for years and years. The place we stayed was about 20 minutes outside of Wiarton. We would go into town frequently and usually stop at the Smoke Shop. It's fun to see places you know well on the show.

Yaaaa!!! I won 250,000 imaginary dollars. Not a bad finally. At least it was close with the last challenge

This week, the teams travel to Vancouver for the final leg of the race, and finish with a trip to the Fringe Division Headquarters for the final challenge...



Overall, I think this was one of the closest finales I've seen on any version of TAR. I'm pretty sure each team was in first place at some point in the leg. Ultimately, it came down to solving the riddle at the library and Catherine & Craig emerged victorious.
