Is it possible to have a shadow on McDiver? Stick to him like a wet T-shirt. When he comes down and tries to split the D's, HIT HIM! If goes wide, HIT HIM!! Paste him to the board! Don't give him room to enter our blueline.

I forgot how awesome Bullard was in that regular season. He hit a career high 103 pts in 79 GP -- second in points to Loob, only 3 behind.
After leaving the NHL following the 91/92 season, Bullard extended his career by a decade in Euro leagues, eventually retiring at age 42. He also sported a pretty impressive mullet/moustache combo.

what do you think lol

Let the record show that Zamler was the creator of the single best celebratory gif ever created. My only role was in helping ensure it would never be forgotten.
Fun fact, I’ve posted it after every single Flames win since the first time I saw it, either here or on Discord after I stopped posting around here, even if the audience for it has dramatically reduced on most nights, lol. I only started poking back around lately this season because I missed Gaskal’s ATL posts, this season has just been too much fun as a Flames fan and having as many fans to celebrate with is basically like a drug, those posts are just too much fun.
Best part of this year though, has been seeing my 13-year old daughter become enamoured with the team and the game for the first time in her life! I’ve been off work, which has given us the opportunity and she and I have watched every single Flames game together this year, which has been an amazing experience because none of my other kids or my wife enjoy watching the game on TV. Not having to watch the games alone has been something completely new for me and I have loved every minute of it. It’s so cool to pick her up from school to have her say “big game tonight Dad!” or talk about how she’s dealing with the Oiler fans in her class leading up to a big Battle of Alberta. It warms my freaking heart.
I’ve actually been in and out of the hospital, been dealing with some pretty serious ongoing health issues and completely changed my career over the past few years. But life has been good to me and my family mean the world to me, so having the chance to share something like this year’s run with my daughter has by far been the best highlight of an amazing season. As a lifelong Flames fan now in my mid-40s, this has been my favourite season of hockey ever. The team has everything it needs to compete, but win or lose, I want to thank them for providing my daughter and I with some amazing entertainment this year.
Means a lot to me though that some folks around these parts still have fond memories though, the feeling is certainly mutual, even if we’ll never all always agree on everything. Win or lose, it’s always fun to see the excitement when things are going well! Have a wonderful night all, GFG!

Pretty sure they get 'real laughter' pretty frequently.
Not that satisfying to beat up on a tanking team that's already been stripped for parts.
I'd rather save the 7-1 for a team we're competing with for the conference/division.
Both 4-2 games were pretty sound beatings.

I've been saying for a while that this team reminds me of '86. With that in mind, the last time the Flames played the Oilers in that regular season, they walloped them 9-3. That was the night they figured out that Gretzky was mortal.
A repeat of that would suit me just fine.

Friday night game against a bottom of the league roster in doldrum part of season with a boa game the night after. I know that made me focus on other things!
Nice to see a flames win and the boys keep chugging!!

Sorry to hear about your health issues and glad you are getting better. Good to see you back here, bud. Don't disappear. Look forward to your celebratory posting tonight. Go Flames!

That's the one -- thanks. Assume it means something to you. (I'm always intrigued by the "stuff" that's around the main attraction...you're pretty good at putting in all kinds of little things I suspect - as I can't compare to the originals LOL.)
Hope your family is doing OK and is safe.
