Sucks for Valimaki, it is tough to play a perfect game when you haven't played for 24 days. Mike Stone is the only Dman on this team that seems to be able to do that-but he can draw on years of experience.
I guess I'll trust Sutter on this one but hopefully we see him before another 24 days has passed. Does he have to go through waivers to go to the A? Can't help but think this would be better for his development.

I think its possible Sutter likes his defenseman to be punishing and ruthless to play against, physically?? Controversial, I know.
Its more likely that people are overthinking roster moves, when IMO I think Sutter knows Chicago's top Fwd's won't want to be engaging in a board battle against Gudbranson and Zadorov.
I am still in the honeymoon stage, seeing the Flames play against anyone other than the Canadian teams, its nice to see how they stack up. So far, so good!

If someone doesn't think a woman should be broadcasting they have a problem.
But if they don't like a particular woman's style it's really no different than the Hrudey vs Millen discussion that's been going on all week.
Hard to discern between the two, but guessing the poster themselves know.
Either way a person should be able to say they don't like Leah Hextall's work without getting the word incel thrown around ... as long as they're classy about it.
