We really need to drop the memes thing. I know you guys think your jokes are witty but bullying and ridiculing a long time poster makes you guys look childish.

It was dealt with last game we don't need a bunch of wannabe comedians bringing it up after every game.

Some lazy, uninspired play from Tkachuk and it looked like Sutter noticed. Power play time was really telling there. Sutter wont put up with that for long

I know he was -1 but Monahan looked better with some dangerous chances and stronger overall play. skating better as well.

Excellent road game. Hope to see more of this tomorrow.

Well, if you wanna talk about that line, I think there's a bit of a fit issue.

Lucic and Lewis would probably work well flanking a puck-carrying, skating centre along the lines of Derek Ryan.

Monahan would probably work well flanking skating wingers along the lines of Tobias Rieder in past years.

Together as a line, I dunno. Seems everyone's just on a different page.

Looch and Mony a skilled winger who can carry the puck a little, like one of the undersized prospect kids (Phillips, Zavgorodniy, Zary, Pellettier, Coronato, Pettersson) would go a long way I imagine. Not to take away from Lewis, who's been a dependable vet in that role, but it's more about line fit.

Monahan was unlucky not to have one in this game.

People here comparing Coleman and Hyman but I'm wondering if we didn't trade for Zadorov and Pitlick we could have signed both AND had two 3rd round picks.

A top 9 featuring both those guys would be insane.

Uh no no no

We need that Hyman cap space for Jack Eichel long term. Eichel can LTIR this year.

Did the Oilers signed Hyman after we signed Zadorov and Pitlick? Honest question, I don't remember.

In my deluded fantasy world we trade both Lucic and Monahan to get that cap space.

I'll never wake up. Let me dream!

This is a good point, maybe sometimes we don't appreciate the effort and time some put into making the site extra "special" for everyone else to enjoy. Lots of hours and extra effort going unoticed? Come on guys make some peace and let him know he is appreciated.

We are all capable of tone deaf moments, it comes with being human. When people react different than expected, I try to remind myself, this book is how much I know about them, the total content of this library is what they have going on in their life today.

Oh who knows. But I think if we didn't have Zadorov and Pitlicks salaries we'd have room for Hyman.

Only 2 Flames skaters not credited with a shot on goal tonight. Coleman with a whopping 8.
When Darryl talks about conditioning last year, I can't help but think Rasmus was a prime example. He brought it up in the post game again (not mentioning Rasmus though).

Didn’t matter
He was going to Edmonton
It was well known way ahead of the start of free agency

Surprised Markstrom isn't getting more love in this thread, he was fantastic. Looks like last year Markstrom right now. Like, good-early-last-season-before-injury-Markstrom.

Razz has never looked that fast. But this season, it looks like he's just getting beat more than usual. I like Andersson though.

Give it time I think the Flames are starting yo understand what type of players they need to bring in.

He really stepped it up after getting beat by the guy at the other end in his first two starts.

Reminiscent of early 2021 Markstrom. And I'm here for it.

Every game I did not get to watch, the Flames won....so I guess I don't get to watch any games this season.
