I really liked him on the Panthers and was a bit nervous when he went to the Canucks. But then he instantly became a pylon and an afterthought.

I had faith that Gudbranson would look fine under Sutter, because Sutter knows how to utilize his D effectively, and he has had a positive impact on many a D-mans career. I didn’t think he would turn EG into a top pairing guy though lol…

I mean…it’s probably only a matter of time until Badbranson shows up but thus far, holy moly, safe to say he has exceeded my expectations. He has played very, very well.

I dunno, I thought he was very aggressive in the offensive zone without causing a defensive liability. To me he looked energized.
