I think Fleury could have had 2 or 3 of those early goals which would have changed the game. Really surprised they left Lehner in the whole time.

Why? the whole reason he played is to give MAF who just played game seven some rest

The Oilers suck bad and I think he's done what he needs to do generally. Put MacKinnon on the Oilers and I think they're in the same position. Put McDavid on Colorado and they're just as good.

Yeah, if you put it that way, end of story, no more discussion needed. How many time did McDavid get that point to propel his team to victory this playoff?

Fleury will be back in and close the door.

Should be a long series. Ugly, too.

No, it doesn’t need to be like that. The Avs imposed their will and MacKinnon was in full beast mode

They were rested, the Knights were not. Some nights the ice is tilted. Tonight it was

Do we have to keep talking about McDavid? He's hit the links.

I get what you were thinking...normally a team would change goalies there but the whole point of the start was to rest MAF who is no spring chicken. He could have allowed 20 and they weren't making a change.

McDavid's playoff stats are also BS because of that round against a 12 seed

I mean, think about that:

17 goals in 20 playoff games. That is one goal every 3.5 periods.

Wow the Avs.

Anyone else think Vegas sped up their team build too fast? They've assembled a great team but are a step behind the Avs and don't have much room for improvement going forward.
