A full rebuild definitely won't happen, but I also don't think they're gonna just stand pat either. I think this roster is gonna look significantly different next season.

I honestly feel for the Canucks. They don’t have a roster of d-bags anymore, a likeable enough team. Some great humans on that team (i.e. Hamonic). Lost key pieces in the off-season and then the Covid devastation just finished them. If the flames are going to miss the playoffs and I had a choice of either Canucks or oilers in the playoffs, I would 1000% rather have the Canucks in there. Though I also don’t know any annoying Canucks fans..

I have never been more certain of anything. Be it the Flames crapping the bed or Vancouver wanting to stick it to us. We would have found a way to fail.

You might be right. At the very least the Canucks would be playing a lot harder to try and spoil things, so the task would be tougher. Then again, people were saying the same thing about the game vs the Senators and the Flames won with a solid effort.

Who knows? I think with the frustration and disappointment of the season that a lot of fans are missing or ignoring the positive things they are doing and it's pretty exhausting to read over and over.
