Parise was a healthy scratch for the last few games of the season as well, and was playing on the 4th line before that. Not great production (18 points in 45 games).
He is signed until 2025 at $7.5m. I can't imagine who might want to take the contract? That's a lot of salary for a 4th liner/healthy scratch. I'm not sure how he fits in with the youth going on with the Wild.
