I'm on the wrong side of mid 40s - 46. My kids keep me feeling young and mostly energetic, although I messed up my back a week and a bit ago, which slowed me down a lot and made me feel OLD. Thankfully my partner is 10 years younger, so when I start getting feeble and useless, she can pick up the slack.
