Ice has levelled but Canada is hitting their own players - no luck.

Every time they chip it into the neutral zone it's back in their end in under 5 seconds, often on an American stick. No, seriously, I've actually been counting. Extremely frustrating to watch.

Absolutely. I’ve found Holloway and Quinn to be the most frustrating of the players on this team. Feels like they get tons of minutes but don’t create anything.

Zary with a close chance. Looking way more effective than Holloway with his limited ice time.

If Canada doesn't come back, TSN sure will look stupid with all their "This might be the best Canadian Jr team in history" talk all day.

They have one guy to beat.
They’re all over the rest of them.

The US best players are out playing the top Canadian players. Need a big 3rd period from our big guys.

More so Schneider had to bury his chance. He had time and Knight beat.
Or that pk shortie . That ce breaker would have been monumental.

Doesn’t matter the tournament or sport I think you always need at least one close and tight game or series before the finals.
Tournament has come too easy for Canada and U.S is just a bit more battle tested at this point.
Hopefully they can find that extra gear in the third.

Yeah, they really needed to get one of those in, especially the shortie. If they'd scored there I think it'd be tied by now. But it's hard to get that first one against a goalie playing as well as Knight is.
It's not over, of course. If the US goes up 3-0 it probably is. But at 2-0, lots of time left.

Knight made the save there. It’s unfortunate it wasn’t one of our many skilled forwards.

Having not watched any other WJC games so far... what it feels like is that Canada hasn't had to perform or practice any breakouts all tournament
