UPD: Kassian suspended seven games for kicking Cernak

Some top notch Oiler-esque shillery from Spector here, just really coming down hard on Kassian:

Cernak showed little emotion and did not appear to be physically moved by the kick, that’s how light it was. While it trended on Twitter during the game, on the ice the play was innocuous.

Would anybody here defend Lucic if he kicked a guy in the chest like that? Would we start claiming there was no angle confirming contact? Or could we just call it stupid and dangerous like it was?

Kassian kicks a guy with his skate... says it was more of a push.

The guy has lost his mind twice in a month, and shows no remorse.

Karma hit oiler faithful hard this week. Giordano gets hurt and oiler fans spew all over Twitter how happy they are, 1 game later McDavid out 3 weeks. Kassian described as a hero and “the code”, month later uses his skate as a weapon and could be out all season.
