I believe their was an incident last year that was investigated pretty thoroughly but it turned out buddy was yelling "Rag It"

Guess this is why i shouldn't post angry as I can see why you could have taken my statement the way you did. I was replying to the bolded part of Cecil's post. Should have made it much more clear in my answer. Sorry

These things have never been "acceptable". The world no longer ignores or tolerates ignorance.

Bad business?!
Keeping him is bad business.
Imagine your next draft interview with players who are african-american or have african ancestry? "Yeah, coach used the N word but that was a long time ago shrug emoji"
"Hi Cammi, we really want to sign you as a free agent and yeah our general manager used to hate Jews but that was a long time ago, so sign here please..."
Not sure what line of business you're in.

I believe him. But also kinda wonder what Gilbertson (or whoever asked) what they thought he'd say.
"Yeah, this organization which pays me (on a two way salary) and has complete control over my career is racist".

I understand why he gets asked this, but I think it's a terrible question to ask.

Good to hear obviously. However, as we are beginning to acknowledge through these Aliu allegations, there is tremendous pressure on him to answer that way at this stage of his career. Nonetheless, it is good to hear.

Well if Peters did say racist things to him, I feel like now would be the time to be comfortable bringing it up. He's likely on the way out anyway and this would solidify it and there would be very little blow back from anyone in the oranization.

yup, that's my feeling as well. My guess would be that they've made the decision that Peters can't continue (which would explain Marek saying the stuff he did), but are still exploring as to how it will be done. Which makes sense from a business standpoint.
SMH at the Kylington thing. What a stupid question.

We can not compare our lives in private business with the world of sports and entertainment. When you rely on the public to buy tickets or not buy tickets you cannot have the perception that you are ok with racial or sexist slurs being thrown around by your employees. Personal conduct and that term of conduct detrimental are clauses in contracts for a reason and I believe it would include past behaviour that is not disclosed.
