Looks like they've arrested the culprit but the rings are still missing. From the FB link:

Sports memorabilia buyers and sellers are asked to keep an eye out after two CFL rings were stolen from a vehicle belonging to a #Calgary Stampeder earlier this month.
On Thursday, Jan. 2, 2020, two rings, a 2018 Grey Cup ring and a 2018 CFL Most Outstanding Player ring were stolen from a truck parked in a parking lot located in the 3500 block of 8 Avenue N.E. The rings belong to Calgary Stampeders Bo Levi Mitchell.
Police began investigating and quickly identified a suspect with the assistance of CCTV images from Calgary Transit, however upon arrest the rings were not located. Charges are pending against the suspect.
Investigators are now asking for the public to be on the lookout for the rings, especially collectors, buyers and sellers of sports memorabilia.
"Given the uniqueness of these rings, it is highly likely that someone in our community knows where they are or will come across them," says Calgary Police Service Cst. Sean Lynn. "These rings represent more than just a piece of jewelry, they represent significant accomplishments and we would all like to see them returned to the rightful owner."

Edmonton has extended the contract of quarterback Trevor Harris, keeping him with the Eskimos through the 2022 season.
Harris originally signed in Edmonton as a free agent on February 12, 2019. That was a two-year contract which would have made Harris a free agent following the 2020 season. However, Harris adds two years to his existing pact.
“Trevor gives us a chance to win every game that he steps on the field and his leadership and dedication off the field are second to none,” general manager Brock Sunderland said.

So that means the Stamps get the first overall pick?
The funny thing is none of that happens if BLM doesn't get hurt allowing Arbuckle to show what he could do.
Interesting how things work out.

That's correct (Stamps and Ottawa swap first round picks, Stamps get the first overall selection, Ottawa selects 6th overall).

Dont we also get a 3rd rounder as well?
REDBLACKS have acquired QB Nick Arbuckle from Calgary for a 3rd round pick. Conditional pick to follow if Ottawa is able to sign him.

Yes, that 3rd round pick came to Calgary when Ottawa acquired Nick Arbuckle's rights back on January 3rd.
OTTAWA — The Ottawa REDBLACKS have acquired pending free agent quarterback Nick Arbuckle from the Calgary Stampeders in exchange for a third round draft pick along with a conditional pick in the 2020 CFL Draft, the teams announced Friday

Harris, in my opinion, was the best quarterback in the league until he was injured.

He seems to save his worst games for the Stamps, so I'm quite pleased that hes's extending his time with the Eskimos.

A little steep for Arbuckle. I think Ottawa had no choice since they desperately needed a QB, but I was expecting closer to $300-350,000. Hope he does well as a starter. The league needs a new crop of exciting QB’s.

Harris has a pattern of starting every season on fire and fading down the stretch. Stamps made him look bad as they usually do when facing him as they know the book on him.

Pro sports can be cruel at times...
The Edmonton Eskimos have released national receiver Natey Adjei.
Adjei was scheduled to receive a $7,500 roster bonus on February 1 and the same amount April 1 along with $75,000 in base salary for the 2020 season. However, that won’t be the case anymore, Edmonton has severed ties. In four seasons with the Esks, Adjei played 66 games recording 86 receptions for 801 yards and three touchdowns.
The Toronto native had moved his family to Edmonton during the current off-season. Adjei originally signed with the Eskimos as a free agent in July 2016 and was later extended in January 2019.
