Unfortunately, it looks like he's starting to a lose a step this season (had to happen eventually and usually much younger for most guys) so losing guys and taking penalties will become more and more common.

I have never heard of half of the penguins . Simone? Trotman? Kahun? Quite the turnover of roster.

I thought he might have touched the puck first, in which case it isn't a penalty. Whatever. I can't be bothered second guessing the refs. Good kill. Let's start pushing back.

So, if I'm not mistaken, that goal by Dube ended the streak of playing without a lead at 432 minutes, 34 seconds. Wow.

How bad has November been?

Minutes played up to the end of period one tonight: 692:02
Minutes played with the lead: 34:43

34 minutes in the lead out of what is now almost 700 minutes played. Painful month to be Flames fan.
