The fact that an overwhelming majority of those that voted in the poll thought the oilers would win by 10 goals or more tells you about everything you need to know.

Voted for Kodos

I didn’t watch the whole game, but McDavid looked disinterested. Wasn’t even trying to skate fast at any point that I saw.
Second star! Pathetic.

That was John and John. Unless it's a blow out they never give all three to the Canucks. Unfortunately no oiler looked even kind of good, so they defaulted to McDavid.

Hitchcock’s post game presser is basically:
“The opposition isn’t letting McDavid free wheel around to showcase his skills and it’s not fair ...”

I'm not saying Markstrom is better than McDavid but McDavid didn't make 20 saves and get an assist.

After all the games, 7 points still separates 1st to 8th place in the west.

The Lightning-Jets game was the best OOT game. Good stuff from beginning to end and both goalies played well as the shots were 47-42 in favour of Tampa Bay. Both teams scored on the man advantage. Too bad the Bolts couldn't hang on for the SO as the Jets get the ROW and share 1st place in the western conf. with the Flames, a point up on the Predators. Scheifle with the GWG.
The Sharks-Bhawks game had 4 goalies play as the back ups took over in the 1st period. The Bhawks had a 3-2 lead after the 1st period with Crawford getting injured late in the period. Jones was pulled after he let in 3 goals on 4 shots, Dell stopped the rest of the shots as he got the win for the Sharks. Ward took over in the Chicago net and was busy facing 35 shots. The Sharks were 2/2 on the PP and 4-4 on the PK.
Solid goaltending by Lundqvist (37 saves) wasn't enough for the Rangers as they lost to the Knights in OT. Tuch with the GWG.
The who cares game had Mrazek get the 23 SHUTOUT as the Hurricanes won 3-0 over the Coyotes. The only good thing for the Coyotes was their PK going 5/5, that kept them in the game.
The Sabres beat the Bruins 4-2 in Boston in a back and forth affair. Eichel had 4 points, 2g and 2a, and Skinner had 2g. Ullmark was a stud in the Sabres net making 35 saves.
The Canucks did many western conf. teams a favour by beating the stupid Oilers in reg time. Boeser with another good game as he had 3 points, all of them on the PP. The Canucks were 3/5 on the PP and that means brutal PK by the Oilers. Okay, take a shower everyone, enough Canuck cheering.

Are you in BC? Thank goodness we get the Canucks SN Pacific crew calling the game despite Garrett doing colour commentary.

You leave John Garrett alone! John Garrett is a saint!
John and John are phenomenal together, even though John Garrett is a giant raging bit of a homer

LOL, half of them thought they'd win by 5 or more goals.

What a weekend. The Flames won twice, the leafs lost and the Oilers lost. It's a four-trick!

Well Chiasson actually scored the goal, with a good shot. If I'm him I'm a bit PO'd.

If you're him and that's what gets you pissed off after losing to a team that is supposed to be the worst team in your division in a game that was decisively in their favour... well you deserve to be in Edmonton I guess.

lol, so I made a comment on the Daily Hive Vancouver's Facebook article on Hitchcock complaining saying it was karma for all the diving McDavid does that refs are stupid enough to fall for. Some wannabe actor Oilers fan living in Vancouver called me an idiot for saying he dives but deleted it almost immediately.
