Is Callahan still good? If so, that's an impressive 4th line.

Dougie took the initiative to chase the Tampa player with the puck after all 5 collapsed, but more importantly Lazar recognized that his defenceman had left the goal area and circled back to cover for him.

Ugh Lightning broadcast calling Kucherov "Cooch". Worst nickname ever.

I'm seeing the blueprint to beating Tampa. Their D is not the fastest around and are prone to giving up the puck. When their forwards get the puck look out.

Smith saves Bennett on that one. Bennett caught puck watching.

Does he not have the best GAA and Save % on the road in the NHL?

Smith is a rock right now. I don't know how many starts Rittich will be getting the rest of the year, but I recommend none of them be on the road.

Players and coaches argue for lots of penalties. But to be honest, instigator is not one that I've really seen argued for. Maybe it's a 'hockey code' thing that you just answer the bell. Maybe it's just too infrequently called. Regardless, it's only used as a subjective deterrent, similar to a 10 minute misconduct, at the ref's discretion.

Smith showing why he is the clear team mvp again.

No way we win this game if this keeps up. We are getting outclassed big time. Need to be way better.

It should be noted that Johnny Hockey has 1 more point with 2 less games than 12.5 million McDavid

Difference for him with this team is he has a little wiggle room for a few games where he's not perfect, but the team is still good enough to win quite a few of those. He was often the only thing winning games for the Coyotes, and when he wasn't at his best they'd generally lose and it would look much worse on him. Kinda sad, but understandable.
