Cassie has done some amazing things, I don't think anyone would reasonably disagree with that. Thus, she may have the chops, but in my opinion she doesn't have the pipes. I personally find her voice extremely monotone and irritating. Her comments are getting a bit better as the season goes on, but I think her voice will always kind of annoy me :/
