Ducks without bounces are like the Oilers without Talbot.

Anyway, time to go do other things.

Well if I was the ducks I'd spend the rest of the game trying to run the Oilers through the boards to get ready for the next game.

Honestly for some reason the Ducks really stopped skating in the second period and you're never going to be successful by standing still.

But that missed call with the refs staring right at it should pretty much get this crew removed from the playoff roster. That was brutal.

Lots of time yet. The Ducks need some momentum though, and they need to hit the net.

Man, I can't believe the Oilers might win 3 games at the pond. Home ice advantage has been tossed out the window in this series.

And that CBC panel is why you don't dive. If Perry didn't get a reputation for diving that would have been a call, his pirouette and throwing his stick in the air and collapsing down onto the ice was why there was no call. You lose the benefit of the doubt when trying to draw the call all the time.

Come on not only was that really a clear penalty but it lead to an odd man rush. If the Refs are dictating the game because of "Reputation" then they shouldn't be reffing in the league.

This wasn't even close to not being a penalty, it was clear, it was blatant and it was right in front of the officials.

They've had absolutely everything go their way this season, its just been weird. Scheduling, injuries, bounces, calls.

Hopefully its the hockey gods giving Oiler fans a bit of hope and then crushing their fragile egos later.

Kesler is useless in games that really matter.

Of course they do, if a player dives all the time (Perry, Kesler, Burrows) they can lose the benefit of the doubt in the eyes of the referees. It is knowing who is on the ice and how they play, Perry went down looking for the call and the refs didn't give it to him.

I can't stand another minute of Hughson and Simpson's blatantly biased commentary. Frigging ridiculous!!!!

Now your saying he dove. You need to check yourself because you're creating a narrative.

Again, it lead to a 4-1 there's no way that call shouldn't have been made.

That was a blatant game changing ignored call, it bordered on highly unprofessional.

Usually the teams I cheer for always lose, so does that mean I should start cheering for the Oilers? A little reverse psychology perhaps? Look at what this series has done to me I'm a wreck.

Kesler has been one of the Ducks better players and has had pretty constant offensive pressure when he is on the ice

Your comment would hold weight if it was the first time it's happened in the playoffs.

Kesler has a tough matchup but ends up with a lot of Ozone time. Just can't get the puck in the net.
