That Versteeg penalty was not a penalty. Lifted his stick perfectly and then the stick rode up a little into the gloves.
Apparently slashing hands is ok but a stick lift is a penalty. And god forbid you break the stick.

really great goal by Johnny and Sam...
Bennett showed a ton of high end skill on that play at least... gives me hope that he can make a leap forward if playing with the right players...
at this point, i'd be happy get him some PP time... it could help with his confidence and frankly the PP needs to try some other options to get on track for the playoffs.

Sharks team trying to build off the LA situation. This type of pressure is good prep for the playoffs. If we can weather the storm that would be a huge confidence builder!
