Most stressful/entertaining game of the year! Johnny came up absolutely huge. Forsberg was a beast, especially on his '4th' goal. Tkachuk was a beast. Bennett with a beauty fight. And of course, FERLAND SMASH!!

Never thought I'd see the day when the Flames are up 4-1, and 20 minutes later I'm praying we make it to OT. But they did it. Wooo!!

SportsNet knows what's up.

Mikael Backlund tied it at 5 at 10:50 of the third with his second goal of the game and 17th this season with a wrister.

Micheal Ferlund also had two goals, Dougie Hamilton added a goal and Johnny Gaudreau had four assists.

Ok good it wasn't just me. I must have done 3-4 speed tests just to make sure I was getting enough bandwidth. Reset the feed a couple times. Then I just accepted that SN blows and this is my life. Thought about switching to the Preds feed, but I love Bell too much.

How was Bennett's fight? I was only able to watch the third. Sounds like it was a poor choice of a game to miss!

Sounds like a great game. I only watched the last period and OT. I like the way how they celebrated after the GWG, it is telling that this team knows about how they come together...support and fight for each others by their body language.

you do understand what you're going to have to do now whenever we go into overtime don't you?

He pummeled Ryan Johansen, after Johansen took a few cheap shots at Stajan the shift before. Was great to see the team standing up for each other.

Quick, someone buy this man a lifetime's supply of Campbell's Chunky soup. Mats Sundin can deliver it to him.

Ref should be fined for not calling the hit on Stajan

The keyboard is removable for cleaning, but too soon to say if it survived.

He beat the tar out of Johansen and at the end of the fight the refs seemingly held off and let Johansen eat a couple more shots to the face before they came in to break things up.

Nobody likes Johansen. BJs didn't acknowledge his return to Columbus. He whined about it.

Quote:
“I am a little disappointed they didn’t put anything on the Jumbotron and say ‘thank you’ or anything like that,” Johansen told the Columbus Post-Dispatch. “I think we all know who made that call, but whatever.”

He was only there for five years (really four since two were half seasons) and held out for a contract at one point. I'd tell him to kick rocks too.

I got to feel for their relief goalie who comes in down 4-1 and still gets the official loss.
