Great team. They're looking very good.
Not surprising at all. I said in the SJ vs Nash series that if SJ makes the WCF, Neither Dallas or StL will be able to match SJ's grit.

I think the only team that maybe able to out grit them is the Boyle/Callahan line from TB.

I don't think the Bonino line will be as gritty as SJ is as a whole.

This is SJ's year.

Only way they lose is if Pitts advances and Crosby and Malkin are their previously dominant selves and Kessel doesn't get killed by Burns.

Now, I haven't watched the last 2 games, but this to me seems harsh on Elliott. Is this decision by Hitchcock trying to get his skaters going, or has Elliott looked a little shaky and in need of a benching.

Kinda feels like the wrong decision to be honest.

Elliott will be more than happy to get the hell outta St.Louis this offseason. I'd be fine to see him in up in Calgary.

I think seeing Condoleeza Rice holding the door open for the Sharks is so surreal that I'm not sure I actually just saw it.

Not really. With his puck moving, the heavy forecheck Sharks will see a very different look in the Blues zone. He's also a good goalie, period.

Good power play goal which is not offside, Brouwer's goal and it is 1-0 St. Louis.

The Blues lead 2-0 after twenty minutes. Lehtera scores after Jones makes a great save, the rebound led to the goal. The shots are 13-10 in favour of St. Louis.

I think it showed on the screen during Brodziak's interview that it is his first career two goal game and he has not scored in 32 games. The shots were 9-8 for the Blues in the second period and they lead 22-18 through two periods.
