Personally I think the low point was when Lowe declared a 2 tiered system for fans.

That was the confirmation of how dysfunctional the entire orginization was from top to bottom and the disconnect management had from reality.

This is just fallout from all that stuff occurring for as long as it did. Gonna take a long time and many tough decisions to get out of it too.

I think think he is a puppet, he just knows how to hide it better because he has a bit more pride. He has done nothing to bench guys who have mailed it in.
