Looks like similar Oilers masks with the splashing orange motif.

Spoiler!

Is there a list of which teams have scouts at the game tonight?

@CruickshankCH: Roomy night in scouts' section at #Flames/#Isles game -- only Detroit, Winnipeg, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Minnesota represented.

The only thing mentioned AFIK, is that the Flames' pro scouts have come home.

Not sure how relevant it is to the trade deadline. Teams will already have scouted Russell and Hudler many times this season and put in their scouting reports. Teams are updating their reports on all players all season.

It's not like teams sit around for most of the year and then suddenly send out their scouts near the deadline to figure out if these players are any good. The scouts are scouting all year long and you should have years of scouting reports on a player. Scouting him shortly before the deadline shouldn't change your opinion much at all.

I'm going to be a little sad to see Hudler go. He's such a class act.

We play Philadelphia on Monday, Pittsburgh on March 5th, Winnipeg on the 16th, and Minnesota on the 24th. We don't see Detroit for the rest of the year. Detroit is also done with the Islanders. Add Detroit to the teams looking for a body from Calgary?

Plus they have access to all that Corsiwowyfenwickludwig stuff that fans do.

Oh, and the vaunted RGI.

part of me wouldn't mind having hudler back. When he's on his game, he's a great fit on that top line.

If we can actually get a first for Russell I wouldn't be upset with the 6 defense we have tonight. Got to get rid of Smid or Wideman as well
