Since this is Canada, it's "Kilometrestone".

On the first PP of the game I don't think he got out at all. Backlund took the draw with the 2nd unit and Granlund was out with Gaudreau.

Oddly, I thought the power play actually looked better. Monahan has really struggled with PP faceoffs this year - I was at their last game in Arizona and if I remember right, he lost every single opening faceoff. Can't have success like that.

The goaltending has stabilized, the defence is playing better, and the team has a bunch of its structure back in place. If Monahan can find his next level, this team can make the playoffs.

Jooris >> Bollig

He brings energy, speed, right handed draw, and decent secondary scoring potential. Really noticed him tonight.

Great road win. Nice to see players other than the usual suspects on the score sheet. The powerplay needs to be better though.

I'm also glad that Iginla was held goaless. I hate it when players get milestones against the Flames. I'm surprised that he only had 12:30 of icetime though. When he was on the ice, he seemed involved and with the milestone pending, I thought they would have had him out there more.

I'm glad TSN lost hockey, their treatment of Canadian teams besides the Leafs is a joke.

The highlight package consisted of the 4th goal and 3 Iginla lousy chances. Nothing on the first 3 goals.

I find TH2N (That's Hockey Tonight) is a pretty good show that provides quite comprehensive highlights, but depending on how busy the sports day is, NHL highlights can be hit-and-miss on SportsCentre.

Probably gotten from Altitude instead of Sportsnet.

They get what they get.

For a kilometre, you only get 0.621 of a stone.

(And since 1 stone = 14 lb., that means that a kilometre equals… let me see… 3.945 kg, or two firkins short of a rood.)

Reverse gifs are awesome. But if it would have stopped at 6 seconds, it would have been perfect!

You didn't look hard enough. Every face except for Dougie's is Bob.
