Well you have to run it for 3 months before they'll do a mitigation. I grabbed the Airthings Wave a few years back to monitor and find out I had a surprisingly high accumulation in my basement.
Been excellent since Great West Radon came in and installed a venting system.
I’m currently running the evict radon testers. Wrapping up in January. Interesting to see what my results are. One neighbour was high and got remediation done. The other didn’t reach levels to be concerned.
