I for one love Príncipe's new doo. Reminded me of the rats nest of cables behind my TV. Who can't get behind that? D Katz that's who.

Anyone think there'll be lineup changes for next game on Tuesday?

Probably not. Possibly bollig for jooris only because bollig was used so sparingly as the game went on. But it's unlikely any changes to the line up.

Liked the 3 on 3 strategy by Hartley. Start 2 d and Monahan against what will usually be the other teams best two forwards and top d. Be patient when they have the puck.

Defensive Zone face off, put Stajan in to play defense and win the face off, can easily switch him out once the zone is cleared.

Offensive zone, have Johnny and Hudler skate around tiring out the other team. Tough to defend those two.

Man I hate Vancouver. What makes this game even more vindicating was the fact that the play by play was so insufferable.

way better effort tonight, and a lot closer to last years effort level. After the first period the Flames were just flat out the better team.

LOL. I Love how Johnny pummeled the glass in front of the nucks fans after he scored. Beauty.

Maybe "Jesus Take The Wheel" wasn't a metaphor, and Underwood & Fisher are just really good friends with a dude named Jesus.

Lol tuned in for the third period and OT and instantly it's like I was listening to a Vancouver regional broadcast on a CBC national feed again. Everything from the nucks' POV and what they need to do. Talking about a special seat installed behind their bench. Fancy under the bench camera angles focusing on the Sedins reactions to all these meaningless plays.

Luckily the Flames dominated and shut them right up. Felt good, man.

I think is was one of the best games I've ever seen Johnny play.

I am very impressed with Mike Fisher. He seems like a really solid guy.

When Hudler and Johnny stepped on the ice during OT I knew right then s### was about to get real. They weren't going to cough up the puck until it was in the opposition's net.

For reals, that top line is looking scary, elite-good. Like the Sedins of a few years ago for the Canucks in terms of creativity and skill, except there's Monahan the trigger man in the middle, too.

Great win, i'm more amazed that we put 35 shots on net, and actually out-shooting our opponent.
