Just want to say thank you to all the big boy CPer's that made coming on to CP so enjoyable. All the PGT, GDT, trade updates, news updates, injury updates and etc etc. I appreciate the time ya'll spent to do that.
Great season to the Flames, unfortunate ending but here's to an exciting and even better 2015-2016 season! GFG!

After seeing his leg hyperextend I'm sure he felt something bad and probably did throw his gloves to get attention. It's really hard to argue that he embellished given the evidence that his knee really did bend the wrong way. It's very possible he played it up to try and get a major penalty call on Stajan but it's really hard to say one way or another.

Next season can't come fast enough. You can bet the greasers up in Edmonton will be celebrating this like they themselves have advanced to the next round. But this team never quit and made one of the most memorable seasons of recent history. Couldn't be prouder!!!!

In the end, they ran out of gas. In each of the last 2 games, they looked great early and scored a couple first period goals. But never scored after the first in either game.
With Giordano, Bouma and Ferland for the whole series, they would have at least not run out of gas.
Oh well, such an awesome season.

Embellished is yhe same as faking it. Was he realling in that much pain ... If yhe answer is no yhen he is embellishing in turn means he is faking that he feels more pain than he actually does. Embellishimg = faking.

Unfortunately the ducks were too much to handle this year. They were obviously the better team through the majority of the series. I think it could have been different without some of the unfortunate penalties in the last few games, but you can't dwell on that.
A lot of times when a better team beats us, I gravitate toward them, in hopes that our defeat means more, but I really just hope the hawks crush the ducks.
To many unlikable players.

Trying to reconcile how angry I am we didn't play Flames hockey after we went up 2-1 with being exceptionally proud of this team.
So I'll just split the difference by being furious at the refs.
