I wonder how much that's going to Hertl San Jose's chances?

Kings 2-0.
Welp, win in regulation now. Can't expect the Canucks to outscore LA 3-0 the rest of the way.
Much safer to hope for LA.

It doesn't matter, they were not going to miss anyhow. The Kings beating the dirty stinking Canucks 3 times is the best outcome we can get.

The canucks are weaker than the kings (and more so without Miller), so wouldn't it actually be more beneficial to cheer for the kings?
If I had to choose which of them would most likely falter down the stretch, I would choose the Canucks.

If the Kings win tonight then all hopes is they sweep the Canucks as that would open up a chance for 2nd spot in the division and home ice advantage as the Flames only need to tie the Kings in the standings as they own the tiebreakers.

Watching this Canucks/Kings game... Man, what a slow, boring game. Considering this has big playoff implications for both teams, there is very little intensity. Would love for the flames to face either of these teams in the playoffs... The speed of the flames gives both of them troubles.

I think the Kings would take us in 5 in the playoffs. Canucks I think we would take in 6

I would think that's exactly the style of game the Kings would like to play as they don't excel in run and gun play as they would rather slowly grind out the wins.

At this point, who really cares about LA, if we keep winning Vancouver and Winnipeg are the targets. If you obsess about the teams behind you, you will inevitably fall to them.

The worst part is, that's a Kopitar jersey. If you're gonna turncloak like that at least get a Doughty jersey who's at least Canadian.

3-0 Kings now.
If this holds up, we can leapfrog Vancouver with a win tomorrow.

Kings giving Canucks absolutely nothing. This isn't even a contest right now.
