As Apple people myself, I can report that there is a workaround for viewing .webm videos such as the one above. If you click ‘Quote’ to get the complete code of the post containing the video, you will find a URL between the [ webm ] tags. Copy that URL and paste it into the URL bar of your browser, and it will download the video for you. You can then view it in a third-party media player.

That looks like it might be a possible broken wrist or at the very least jammed.
I'd be surprised if he didn't miss some time.
Looked like the reaction of someone that hit a tree root with a golf club.

I doubt the Flames are going to say much about the situation with Mark (i.e. is he hurt)....
Media will speculate....

When was the last time late in a season or playoffs have teams been transparent with injuries. I can tell you now it it's an upper body injury and the captain will be day to day.

I would prefer that he had a clean bill of health. Can you please revise your diagnosis?

Would you guys rather have: Gio healthy and fine after the game but no points
or
Gio injured but the 2 points from a "must-win-game"

Wow.....AC if you do a screen cap at 8 seconds it really tells the tale of what the coaches are thinking about. I do not have the wizardry.

I take the 2 points.
We still don't know the extent of the injury and those were 2 huge points. My opinion would change in hindsight if he misses 3 weeks and the Flames go 1-7-1.
I've seen too many cases where teams step up when their best player goes down. The Flames have done it with Iginla and the Penguins seem to do it frequently. Pray to god Gio is fine but I'd rather have those points in the bank and hope they play well in his absence, if he misses any time.

So would I. At this time of the season even the black knight from monty pythons quest for the holy grail would be day to day with an upper body injury.

Oh yeah all 3 are looking at Gio. Hartley seems to not even notice the EN goal.

Derek Wills on Fan 960 this morning saying there was a "weird vibe" in the Flames dressing room last night after the win. Says he has a bad gut feeling about Gio's injury.

My guess is dislocated elbow, or broken arm.

Gio is too tough to be hurt.

No kidding.. Just like how there was a weird vibe on the PGT. A win doesn't eliminate any concern you have for a players potential injury.
