Given all the missed calls on Johnny and calls such as the laughable 2 minutes given for someone hitting him straight in the numbers head first into the boards, I'd imagine Johnny is getting frustrated with the absolute atrocity that is NHL officiating. 'Maturity' is this case would be realizing the league has no apparent interest in fixing the issue and understanding that, often as not, you'll be playing against not only another team but the zebras as well.

Officiating only gets worse from the trade deadline through the playoffs. Hits from behind and obstruction aren't that big a deal evidently.
