I think Pavel Barber is a trainer that focuses on stick handling/dangles. A lot of his videos have several hundreds of thousands of views.
He's based in Vancouver, so I think he just works with Iguchi on occasion.

Just something that might have been missed in the video, he's relocated to Canada to train with Pavel Barber, but the big thing that caught me was them saying Aito has played in three elite tournaments with Canadian kids in 2016 so far and has been the top scorer in two of them . He was one of the top scorers in a couple other tournaments in North America over the past couple years too in the few chances he was able to get to come to Canada. Will be interesting to see how this kid progresses now that he's receiving training here.
