He would certainly provide strong leadership in the management ranks that's for sure. And he seems to have a vision for what he thinks a winning hockey team consists of. I don't think Feaster has ever had that vision, just trying to mess with various formulas in the hopes he gets it right.

Loving this if it happens. Great hockey mind who has developed winning teams everywhere he's been. Seems to me like one of those guys who is alot more bearable when he's on your side.

5'10 (wish I was taller).

Really pleased about this if Bruke joins in as President/GM. Of all the people out there, he's the best suited to make the Flames do this rebuild right and get back to playoffs, and actually advance past the first round a few times too.

He got a raw deal in Toronto in my opinion. That entire team that went the distance with the Bruins was his team.

I like his leadership style and he knows what it takes to win.

I would be very pleased if he came to Calgary, he would bring instant credibility.

I feel there is weight to the rumours as it seems pretty evident that the Flames are looking for some new leadership due to all of the rumours surrounding Shannahan.

Also the city of Calgary would embrace a guy like Burke immediately, he is a great fit.

Dammit now I'm all excited and it's likely it probably wont happen.

Also he brings some much needed credibility back to the Flames, if he does join.

I'm around 5'10". Anyhow I don't really see a lot of negatives with this. It'll make things a hell of a lot more interesting during this rebuild that's for sure. Also hopefully this sends a shiver down Klown's spine.
