Ward has a habit of keeping his lines together the whole game. So maybe not.

Typically lines only see changes that quick if it looks like the wheels are falling off. I somehow don't see the Flames having a tough time handling the bunch of AHL goons (and Nurse) that the Oil are dressing tonight.

I predict Poirier and Monahan to rack up a nice tally. Hoping to see Emile do some of his superman s### today.

Really hope monahan cracks the flames. when we drafted him i wasnt sure but now its obvious hes too good for junior on a garbage team.

Agreed. I think he's approaches the game at a mature level on and off the ice, and he's already got the frame to transition nicely. Unless he looks a step behind at camp, playing with the 67s this year imo would be a waste of a year that he could be using to learn the game at the top level and how to be a pro, en route to potentially wearing the C for us in the future. If he's ready, a head start can only be good for all the fans and for his development (as opposed to a dreadful 67s and an inferior league that he's already proven to be too good for).
