So according to Gamespot the PC version still looks better than the PS4 version. The more things change the more they stay the same.

Your game seems brighter than mine. The beta ran fine for me but today the frame rate is terrible, even with the new drivers.

You can set color/gamma/brightness etc with the GPU as well as the Monitor. Which is why some people have such funky calibrations.

I was running through the jungle when I noticed this lighting effect and I couldn't help but stop to admire it. Surprisingly I didn't get shot.

So far I am enjoying this game way more than BF3 and I played a lot of BF3. They've really upped the destruction in this one. It's back to BC2 levels. Tried out the new Obliteration game mode last night on Lancang Dam. Can't say I am much of a fan. However, my buddies and I racked up a huge amount of points in the patrol boat. That thing seems OP lol.

The game has been running smooth for me but I've had a number of crashes. This appears to be a pretty common issue. Hopefully DICE gets this fixed soon.

I had a lot of crashes until I upgraded to the new Nvidia drivers, then I played for about 3 hours without issue.

I don't think this is the problem. I installed the latest drivers on Monday (331.65 I believe). The game was running fine for 2-3 hours then it started to freeze on me. I am going to try repairing my game when I get home, re-installing Direct X and Punkbuster and hope that fixes my issues.

I've been lucky and haven't had any issues with the game at all. Runs like a dream!(I use a AMD card, maybe that is why?) The graphics are fantastic and like you said the destruction is back to what it should be.

Assault or Support are probably the easiest classes to get into, Assault because you can heal yourself, and Support because you have a bigger gun.

slightly better on maxed out pc settings

not bad for a launch title, not to mention the console version will actually work properly on a controller so we can play from the couch on our big screens

Look at this guy, thinking the PS4 can push nearly 3GB of textures and FPS games are better with a controller.

I take my last comment back, I'm crashing like mad now. Seems its a big problem that is ongoing for a lot of people. I didn't have this problem last night before that new little patch came out......

I thiiiiink it's a server issue, but it could also be a memory leak.

That's okay, I couldn't play BF1942 with my card at the time (Ti4200) because of driver conflicts until version 1.3 was released...6 months later

The game has been fine for me since the day after release. Love it more than BF3 which I played a lot, this game feels better overall. So many brutal players right now, it's hard to find a decent squad/vehicle mates.
