Looked like a tough pass with two defenders ignoring Carter but standing between him and Brown. Seemed like Brown could have just shot into to the open net fairly easily himself.

Pretty obvious push by Richards. With Quick going down with barely a touch, that was still probably the right call, but no way is that a penalty.

Yes it is. The Flames had no business jawing about the Stempniak interference call. If that happened to Kipper we'd be howling like banshees.
