We've begun construction and we have an incredible construction manager with a phenomenal portfolio (Jakin - http://jakin.ca/). We still aim to finish construction in 24 - 27 months.

About time! Wonder why they haven't tweeted anything about this.... I guess they'd rather keep tweeting articles from trendy circulations that talk about how cool living in urban Calgary is.

Just left the Mark on 10th show centre with a client who is purchasing. They seem to be selling at a quick pace in the short time they have been for sale. Pm me if your interested in available units!

Article in the Herald about Bucci's next multi-family project, Ven:
http://www.calgaryherald.com/Best+si...#ixzz2Jfx2bU6L
This is a pretty excellent location (5th Avenue NW), a minute or two removed from the hustle and bustle of Kensington proper, on a nice tree lined street in Sunnyside. I am very happy to see something of this scale come into the community proper.
Developments that Bucci has done in Calgary:
-Bella Citta and Bella Lusso (the Bridges phase 1)
-Xenex (Beltline condo just east of the Safeway)
-Tribeca (under construction in Mission)
-Next (under construction on Edmonton trail)

^^ Any idea what those 2 bedroom+den units are going for? I assume those aren't the $279k units.

I'm not sure, but their website is up and running now and you can call for pricing:

I'm amazed someone was able to buy all the houses on that street, it looks like 11 in a row. That must have taken either 15 years of patiently buying, or waving fistfuls of money at everyone.

Just my opinion that it is a long shot to actually happen. Would be cool if it did though.

The article posted here: http://forum.calgarypuck.com/showpos...0&postcount=64 says Shaw is taking 12 floors in 3 Eau Claire, plus naming rights. I'd have to think that increases the odds of this project going ahead, as that would be an extremely bankable lease for the developer to borrow against.

Any updates for this? Should I be waiting for pre-sales if I'm not looking to buy right away? Anyway to look for upcoming pre-sales? Thanks!

which one so cheap? Albert park Station?
As Violator pointed out it is a carlisle project. In other words Pointe of View which had a horrible repuation before vanishing.
If your looking for something, why not message me? I can steer you in the right direction and work with new builds/purchases.

I worked on Tara lake and indigo sky cheap is what you get and in that case cheap is what you don't want.
