I saw that SS sniper video and I think the hesitation from the police sniper was probably him worrying he might be shooting at a fellow police sniper. It was probably hard to tell from where he was. Poor guy. I'm sure he will live with a lot of regret.

That's a fact. He incited an insurrection to try and stay in power. That's a fact. He tried a fake elector scheme to steal the 2020 election. That's a fact. He sold access to US national security secrets to foreign billionaires. That's been corroborated. He denies climate change and gives massive tax cuts to the rich, while regular Americans suffer from the resulting higher prices. That's a fact.

For all those criticizing me for saying these things, all I can say is you have no fking idea what it's like to live in an authoritarian dictatorship. I'd encourage you to talk to people who have lived under the repression of such regimes.

I understand the region just fine. Basically Ukraine wanted to join NATO and was being pushed by America. Russia didn't like that for obvious reasons.

There are dozens of other rooftops nearby, and even a few tall towers (which presumably would have given a great view for SS to monitor)
