Vick ain't going anywhere. You guys can have Kolb though.

I'm not really a Vikings fan, just wanted to see that for pure excitement purposes.
Just curious though, do you think the Eagles will stick with Vick over Kolb. It just seems weird that they would get rid of McNabb to go with Kolb, but then would switch and go with Vick for the future.
While Vick is only 30, it just seems unlikely that Reid would have spent the last four years grooming Kolb to be the next starter, have it supposedly ready at the prime age of 26 only to jettison that plan after only 4 starts this season.
But i guess Vick did look that awesome in his starts...

ESPN now confirming that Favre has 2 seperate fractures in his foot...one is a stress fracture and the other an avulsion fracture.

315 consecutive starts when his team takes the field. Simply unbelievable.

He might keep Kolb just because he doesn't like admitting his mistakes, but I think he realizes that Vick gives us a better chance to win.

Why? The Kansas City Chiefs is why. The Chiefs beat the living crap out of big Joe Kapp in Super Bowl IV. The Vikings still havent recovered 40 years later. Sure Fran Tarkenton was pretty good, but he never won the big one.

The Chiefs QB situation hasn't been much to talk about since then either.

No it hasn't. However the question asked by Pagal was about the Vikings QB woe's. Actually the Vikings have had some pretty good QB's over the years. Sure they haven't competed in or won a Super Bowl. But they had some outstanding offenses.

Terrence Newman has to be the most fragile defensive player in the league.

Sadly this is true. When he plays, the guy is amazing and one of the best defensive players in the entire league (won the defensive player of the year a few years back). Sadly, he is rarely healthy.
And what happened to Romo? I just got home and flipped on the tv and saw Kitna in. Romo hurt?

Took a heavy hit as he threw the ball (defensive player landed on him). No word yet.
Cowboys are doing their best to blow this game.

Shoulder injury...pure speculation on my part, but it may even be a broken collar bone just looking at the way he landed.
Wild game thus far but IMO the Giants are showing they are the strength of the NFC along with Atlanta...after that its a crapshoot.
