Must be so disheartening to be an Oiler. They have been rebuilding for what - 13 or 14 seasons now? Ever since their '06 run and the team just imploded.
Hawks have just basically restarted their retool, jettisoned some key players at the deadline thinking they were out... and now just beat these 'Stanley Cup Contenders (pretenders)".
Oilers, you are really no good. No good at all. Hawks were clutch when they needed to be. Oilers are just a bunch of losers.

There's no reason the NHL couldn't have just finished the regular season like the NBA did, especially since hockey is such an unpredictable game. Here's something that should trouble you as an Oilers fan. The team didn't even seem to care they lost. I saw way more emotion and pride from the Jets, who lost 2 of their top 3 forwards in game 1 and still battled to the end.
Are they going to complain about the reffing again? I think they only had 13 minutes on the powerplay. I mean, Chicago had 2 whole minutes of powerplay time...life isn't fair for the poor Oilers.
